Etihad Airways has announced an updated flight schedule covering services operating until March 15, as the airline continues to adjust operations amid ongoing regional travel disruptions. The carrier said passengers with existing bookings will be accommodated on available flights as soon as possible to minimise disruption to their travel plans. Tickets for all flights included in the revised schedule are now available through the airline’s official website, where travellers can also check flight status, manage bookings and access the latest travel updates. Etihad has urged guests to monitor the schedule closely and confirm their bookings before heading to the airport. According to the airline, passengers should regularly check the flight listings for services operating on March 12, March 13, March 14 and March 15. Passengers advised to confirm bookings before travel
Etihad said travellers should ensure that their contact details are correctly updated in their booking so the airline can send notifications about any changes. Passengers are also advised to verify their flight status online before leaving for the airport. Authorities and the airline have recommended that guests avoid travelling to the airport unless they have a confirmed booking on the updated schedule or have been contacted directly by the airline. The airline noted that services will operate only once all safety requirements are met, and passengers should follow official Etihad communication channels for verified updates.
Flexible rebooking and refund options
To assist affected passengers, Etihad has introduced flexible rebooking options for certain tickets. Passengers whose tickets were issued on or before February 28, 2026, and who were scheduled to travel up to March 21, 2026, may rebook their flights free of charge. Eligible travellers can change their travel dates to any available flight operating until May 15, 2026. Guests who no longer wish to travel can also request refunds for flights scheduled up to March 21. For refund requests, they can be submitted online via the airline’s website or can be processed through travel agents for bookings that were made via third-party agencies. Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agents are advised to contact the agent directly for assistance with rebooking or refunds.

Etihad also warned passengers about fraudulent social media accounts impersonating the airline and offering fake refund forms. The airline said scammers may attempt to obtain personal or financial information from travellers. Passengers have been reminded that Etihad will never request passwords, one-time verification codes, payment details or other sensitive information through social media platforms. The airline advised travellers to rely only on official sources, including its website and verified social media accounts, for accurate updates and travel information.
High call volumes expected
Etihad acknowledged that customer service channels may experience high call volumes due to the ongoing travel situation. Passengers seeking refunds or assistance are encouraged to use the airline’s online refund form, which may provide faster processing than contacting call centres. The airline reiterated that passenger safety remains its top priority and that flights will operate only when all safety criteria have been met. Travellers are advised to continue checking official updates and confirm their flight details before making plans to travel to the airport.
