Varanasi: Several awareness programmes were organised on Saturday in the Engine Division at Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) as part of the 55th National Safety Week. Activities such as fire safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) training, a safety pledge and prize distribution were organised. A suggestion competition was organised on the theme “Engage, Educate & Empower People to Enhance Safety”.
