Berhampur: A three-week long workshop on ‘reviving and reshaping’ two popular and dying dance forms -Daskathia and Pasu Mukha Nurtya (animal mask dance) in Ganjam district – kicked off at Digapahandi on Thursday.Organized by the ODI Art Centre, Barkul and the Society for Development of Rural Literature and supported by the ministry of culture, central govt, the workshop was inaugurated by theater personalities Raju Padhy and Subodh Patnaik. Several folk artists, including the guru (masters), participated in the workshop which will end on World Theater Day on March 27.
