Amravati: Two persons died on the spot when their motorcycle was dashed by a recklessly driven car in Amravati on Sunday night. The deceased have been identified as Abhishek Balasaheb Mahalle (24) and Shrikrushna Janrao Devgade (34), both residents of Hanuman Nagar in the city. Mahalle and Devgade were travelling towards Old Cotton Market, when a car, recklessly driven by Mohd Yaqub (42) from opposite direction, dashed their motorcycle. The impact was so strong that both died on the spot. Cops arrested Mohd Yaqub from the spot.
