New Delhi: Yellow Fertility announced a partnership with CARE IVF to expand access to fertility treatment services across eastern and northeastern India, starting with Kolkata.
Under the collaboration, the two companies plan to open eight new fertility centres across key locations in the region over the next two years. The initiative is aimed at improving access to affordable in-vitro fertilisation (IVF) and assisted reproductive technology (ART) services, particularly in areas where patients often need to travel long distances for treatment.
The partnership will initially cover two existing CARE IVF centres in Kolkata, which offer services including IVF, intrauterine insemination (IUI), fertility preservation and advanced ART procedures. Patients will benefit from standardised clinical protocols, experienced medical teams and integrated care systems, the companies said.
“Our focus has been on scaling in a manner that does not compromise clinical quality or ethical standards,” Ambika Bhaik, CEO of Yellow Fertility, said. She added that CARE IVF’s regional expertise would support Yellow Fertility’s expansion in eastern and northeastern India while maintaining evidence-based care and strong clinical governance.
Dr Mukesh Sirohia, partner and director at CARE IVF, said the eastern and northeastern regions are emerging as important markets for fertility care, driven by changing demographics and rising awareness. The partnership, he said, would help strengthen CARE IVF’s regional presence while ensuring affordable and reliable treatment for patients.
The collaboration is part of Yellow Fertility’s long-term expansion plan to establish 100 IVF centres across India by 2030, the company said.
