Noida: The traffic police has issued an advisory for restrictions that may be imposed between 2pm and 10pm on Sunday due to Red Bull Moto Jam 2.0 at Expo Mart in Greater Noida. While the event will take place inside the venue, traffic may be diverted from the roundabout if there is congestion.Red Bull Moto Jam is a motorsports festival that attracts enthusiasts from across the country, with top stunt riders delivering high-octane performances featuring daring jumps, gravity-defying wheelies and precision drifts. After its first edition in Chennai last year, the second edition is set to take place in Greater Noida, promising an immersive experience for thrill-seekers.The event will feature British F1 racing driver Arvid Lindblad, Lebanese rally driver and triple national champion Abdo Feghali and Lithuanian stunt bike rider Arunas Gibieza, among others. The show will have an F1 car showrun, drifting, stunt biking and car stunts. Nearly 6,000 visitors are expected at the festival. The gates for the event will open at 4pm and the show will start at 6pm.The traffic police said only valid pass holders and shuttle services will be allowed entry through Gate No. 3. Gate No. 7 will be reserved for VIPs. Entry through the other 10 gates will be restricted.Shuttle services for the venue will operate from Knowledge Park’s NASA parking. Two green corridors have been created from the venue to Yathartha Hospital in Greater Noida to ensure emergency movement.Noida’s DCP (traffic) Shailendra Kumar Singh said, ” Vehicles moving from Galgotias University cut towards IFS Village via Expo Mart roundabout will be rerouted through NASA roundabout, Sharda University roundabout, LG roundabout and Jagat Farm,” he said.
