Chennai: Chief minister M K Stalin, finance minister Thangam Thennarasu, and HR&CE minister P K Sekarbabu, on Monday visited veteran CPI leader R Nallakannu at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in the city, where he is undergoing treatment. Stalin spoke to Nallakannu’s family members and the medical team. CPI state secretary M Veerapandian told reporters that Nallakannu has been hospitalised for nearly three weeks Doctors were making sustained efforts to stabilise him as his health continued to decline, he said.
