Jalandhar: A youth was allegedly shot at near a private hospital in Kalia Colony here Tuesday night.The victim has been identified as Saurav Singh. He was admitted to a private hospital and is undergoing treatment, said the police. Saurav’s brother, Bobby, told the police that he along with his brother visited the private hospital to check on a patient. He said a friend of theirs was attacked by some persons who nursed a grudge against them.Bobby said when he intervened, he was also attacked, and when his brother Saurav came forward to save him, the assailants shot him.
