Panaji: Upendra Kumar Singh, proprietor of Aarav Pharma, was accused of supplying alleged spurious snake antivenom antiserum vials to the Goa directorate of health services and approached the court seeking anticipatory bail.A Mapusa court extended interim protection to Singh until the next date of hearing, Friday, Feb 20. The original manufacturer of the life-saving drugs, as well as directorate of health services, filed police complaints, following which an FIR was registered in the matter. TNN
