Jamshedpur: Union minister Giriraj Singh on Friday said that the time has come to review the definition of ‘minority’. “How is it possible that Muslims living in Kashmir (Jammu and Kashmir), Malappuram (Kerala), and Kishanganj (Bihar) enjoy minority status where their population is estimated to be 100 per cent?” Giriraj said on Friday.
