Ranchi: The hearing of chief minister Hemant Soren’s discharge petition in the Badgai land scam case was adjourned till February 21 on the prayer of his advocate.
The CM’s advocate on Wednesday prayed to the court for time, as the senior counsel representing him from Delhi was engaged in the Supreme Court. The Directorate of Enforcement chargesheeted the CM and others in the case.
