Bhubaneswar: State govt on Wednesday effected a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre. Skill development and technical education secretary Bhupendra Singh Poonia was allowed to remain in additional charge of sports and youth services secretary. D Prasanth Kumar Reddy, currently working as MSME secretary, was appointed as Idco managing director.Rashmita Panda was appointed as MSME secretary. She was allowed to remain in additional charge as chairperson and CEO, Startup Odisha, and CEO, ORSAC. Surendra Kumar Meena, additional secretary, ST and SC development department, was allowed to remain in additional charge as executive director, Centre for Modernising Govt Initiatives (CMGI), and convener of the committee on administrative and governance reforms.
Aboli Sunil Naravane, director, industries, with additional charge as managing director, Odisha Small Industries Corporation, and managing director, Odisha State Financial Corporation, was allowed to remain in additional charge as managing director, IPICOL.
