The BJP govt did not give consent to CBI to probe the cases, which clearly shows the BJP is protecting the BRS leaders. The Centre gave a ‘big zero’ in the Union budget,” he said. Revanth said both BJP and BRS were attacking the Congress govt over its two-year record. “I am asking what BJP did for the Telangana people in the past 12 years and BRS in 10 years. BRS leaders amassed thousands of crores. We can give the details of the development works taken up by the Congress govt in the two years,” he said. Accusing both parties of conspiring against Congress in the municipal polls, the CM urged party workers to remain alert, asserting that the Congress would remain in power for the next eight years and make Telangana number one in the country. Godavari Pushkaralu Revanth announced that the state govt would develop temples from Basara to Bhadrachalam as part of the Godavari Pushkaralu in 2027, with an estimated outlay of ₹4,000 crore-₹5,000 crore.
