Vaani Kapoor-led ‘Mandala Murders’ to premiere on July 25

Yash Raj Films’ new series offering, a dark mystery thriller titled Mandala Murders, will premiere on Netflix on July 25, the makers have announced. Created and co-directed by Gopi Puthran, the series follows detectives Rea Thomas (Vaani Kapoor) and Vikram Singh (Vaibhav Raj Gupta) as they investigate a string of occult murders.

“In the eerie stillness of a town called Charandaspur, an unheard, sinister pattern of crime emerges. A series of ritualistic killings linked to a centuries-old secret society sets the stage for a conspiracy driven by fate,” read a note by the makers.

Mandala Murders also features Surveen Chawla and Shriya Pilgaokar.

Vaani Kapoor, known for films like Befikre, War and the recent Raid 2, is making her web debut with the series.

One of the leading production banners of India, Yash Raj Films had ventured into the digital space with the limited series The Railway Men. Mandala Murders marks their second collaboration with Netflix.
