Panchkula: A fortnight after clubs, cafés, and bars across Panchkula were allowed to operate until 3am, a major violent altercation broke out early Sunday morning at one of the clubs in Sector 5, Panchkula, leaving at least three youths injured.An FIR was registered at Sector 5 police station under sections 190, 191(2), 115(2), and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).According to the complaint submitted by Prince Cheema, a resident of Simirit Tower, GTB Nagar, Kharar, he and his friends — Yuvraj Bhargav, Smarth Sahani, Sudharb Sudan, Shivam Sudan, and Kanav Sharma — visited Armania Club around 4am.At approximately 4.45am, a group of local bouncers and club staff allegedly began misbehaving with one of the friends and launched a violent attack using rods, glass bottles, and kitchen utensils.The complainant alleged that the attackers attempted to seriously harm or kill them. Following the assault, the injured individuals sought medical treatment, and their injuries were recorded in official medico-legal reports (MLRs). The reports confirm multiple injuries to Prince Cheema, Shivam Sudan and Yuvraj Bhargav.All MLRs were filed at Panchkula Civil Hospital on June 29.
