Ranchi: Amid the ongoing apprehensions about the health condition of JMM patriarch and Rajya Sabha MP Shibu Soren, who is currently admitted to Delhi’s Gangaram Hospital for the last few days, the party general secretary, Supriyo Bhattacharya, on Saturday said the veteran politician’s health condition is now stable.“Guru ji’s (Shibu) health condition is stable now. I met him on Friday at the hospital though he was sleeping at that time. I touched his feet and returned. Further details on his health will be shared after getting a medical bulletin from the hospital’s side. We are praying for his speedy recovery,” Bhattacharya said here on Saturday.Meanwhile, prayers continued to pour in for his speedy recovery from all quarters of the state.Several high-profile people like President Droupadi Murmu and Jharkhand governor Santosh Gangwar also visited the hospital in the last few days to inquire about Shibu’s health.Union minister of state for defence Sanjay Seth also went to the hospital on Saturday to inquire about Shibu’s well-being.After the visit, Seth wrote on X, “Today, I visited Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi to check on the health of Jharkhand’s former chief minister and Rajya Sabha MP, the respected Dishom Guru Shibu Soren ji. I met with Chief Minister Shri @HemantSorenJMM ji. Dishom Guru’s health is improving rapidly. Very soon, you will be among us, blessing Jharkhand.”State Congress president Keshav Mahto Kamlesh, the party’s Jharkhand affairs in-charge K Raju, minister Dipika Pandey Singh and other party members also went to Gangaram Hospital on Saturday to inquire about the veteran politician’s health.
