ETLegalWorld will host its Investment and M&A Summit 2026 on November 27, in Mumbai, bringing together corporate leaders, investors, general counsels and transaction advisers to discuss India’s growing role in global capital flows and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
The summit, themed India Inc. Without Borders: Capital, M&A and Global Expansion in a New World Order, will feature discussions on outbound acquisitions by Indian companies, private equity investments, sovereign wealth funds, cross-border transactions and the regulatory challenges facing businesses expanding internationally.
The event comes amid geopolitical realignments, supply-chain diversification and growing interest in India as both an investment destination and a source of global capital. The summit will also examine competition law enforcement, global merger control developments, foreign direct investment regulations and transaction structuring. A leadership dialogue will consider whether Indian companies can emerge as the next generation of global business leaders, while a concluding session will explore investment opportunities across ASEAN, the Middle East and Africa.
