Ahmedabad: A 28-year-old man died at a city hospital after two men allegedly attacked him with a knife at a garba event in Amraiwadi. The deceased was the brother of an Army man.Vikas Harisingh Gurjar, who worked as a lift operator, had gone to Gulabnagar on Friday to play garba. During the event, Vikas and his brother Abhishek were allegedly confronted by Santosh alias Madan Rajput and Rohit alias Gando.The accused reportedly held a grudge against Vikas over an earlier altercation. They allegedly stabbed him in the abdomen and back, leaving him seriously injured.Vikas was taken to LG Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Friday. News of his death triggered shock and tension in the locality, following which Amraiwadi police reached the spot and began an investigation.
