Decomposed body of man missing for about 10 days found in bushes near railway lineTimes News NetworkKanpur: The decomposed body of a 41-year-old man missing for about 10 days was found in bushes near the Jhansi railway line in Govind Nagar police station area on Sunday.Police identified the deceased as Shiv Narayan, a resident of Manna Nagar, Jajamau, under Fatehpur Chaurasi police station area in Unnao, from an Aadhaar card recovered during a search. Police informed his family, called a forensic team to inspect the spot and sent the body for post-mortem examination.Shiv Narayan’s brother Arvind told police that he had last spoken to him by phone on Sept 30. Shiv Narayan had said that he would work at a factory in Jhansi instead of Kanpur, and could not be contacted afterwards. His family had been searching for him without success.Govind Nagar inspector Ashok Kumar Dubey said the post-mortem report is awaited to determine the cause of death. Further action will be taken on the basis of the report and the family’s complaint, he said.
