Addressing a gathering in Panaji, Kejriwal promised to scrap Section 39-A of the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Act, which has been criticised for its alleged misuse for land conversions.

He announced free bus travel along with a Rs 3,000 monthly assistance for women, and a sports ground in every village.
The AAP leader assured 300 units of free electricity, round-the-clock power supply and health insurance coverage of Rs 10 lakh for every family in the state.

The AAP is seeking to expand its presence in the state with the upcoming elections, announcing the ‘Goa First’ alliance with the Goa Forward Party (GFP) for the 2027 assembly elections, positioning it as a non-BJP, non-Congress political alternative.
Kejriwal on Thursday held meetings with party workers and other stakeholders and discussed organisational preparedness for the assembly polls.
