Prayagraj: A 52-year-old man, Khusheed, a resident of Kareli, died after he was trapped under the debris of a portion of an under-construction building at the Prayagraj municipal corporation’s zonal office in the Khuldabad area of the city on Thursday.Upon being alerted, senior police and PMC officials arrived at the spot and carried out investigations. Khuldabad police said that the victim arrived at the PMC zonal office for some work and got trapped under the debris after a portion of the building near the old structure collapsed. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. Further investigations are underway.
