Varanasi: The two-day Namo Book Fest was inaugurated at the Rudraksh Convention Centre in Kashi on Wednesday to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s completion of 25 years in constitutional positions.Chief minister Yogi Adityanath and Akie Abe, wife of former Japanese Prime Minister late Shinzo Abe, attended the event. Akie Abe was visibly surprised to see an exhibition featuring more than 500 books written on Prime Minister Modi.The day began with an introductory address by senior journalist Ashok Shrivastav, followed by remarks from Sushri Anupriya Nagar, producer of the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’.A key panel discussion titled ‘Modi’s Twenty-Five Years’ featured Kishor Makwana, Arvind Chaturvedi, Mukesh Mohan Gupta and Pawan Vijay. The panelists discussed Prime Minister Modi’s 25-year journey in public office.Sushri Kanchan, a woman biker from Delhi, also remained a major attraction at the event.
