Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has advised Elevate Campuses Limited on its initial public offering aggregating to approximately INR 2,100 crore. SAM has also advised Hillhouse and Alta Capital (investors) on this transaction. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised the book running lead managers, JM Financial, IIFL Capital Services and Morgan Stanley India, on the issue.
The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to approximately INR 2,100 crore.
Elevate Campuses, formerly known as Good Host Spaces Limited, owns, operates and manages on-campus student accommodation across higher education institutions and owns K-12 assets. As of March 31, 2026, the company was present across 15 cities in India and one city in the United Arab Emirates. It is one of the largest institutional platforms in India focused on professionally managed student accommodation as of June 15, 2026.
The SAM capital markets team advising the company was led by partners Nikhil Naredi and Krupa Brahmbhatt, with support from principal associate Chinmay Sethia and associates Avani Sharda, Soundarya Mathavan and Anshika Tyagi.
