MSA Partners, Advocates & Solicitors has appointed Dr. M. Sivaraman, Advocate & Legal Consultant, as Partner for their Chennai Office, further strengthening the Firm’s presence and capabilities across Southern India.
Dr. Sivaraman brings over 35 years of experience in complex domestic and international legal matters, with extensive expertise in commercial and investment arbitration, infrastructure and energy projects, corporate transactions, insolvency, regulatory matters, economic offences and cross-border litigation.
“I look forward to bringing my experience across disputes, arbitration, corporate and infrastructure matters to the Firm and working with the team to further strengthen its presence across Southern India,” said Dr. M. Sivaraman.
His experience includes proceedings before the Supreme Court and High Courts in India, specialised tribunals and regulatory authorities, as well as international arbitrations and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining MSA Partners, he had been advising several leading corporates including, Arvind Mills, TATA, Siva Group, Inno Group, Marg Group and Shriram Group of Companies bringing extensive hands-on experience alongside his practice as an advocate and legal consultant.
