Pune: The Fee Regulatory Authority (FRA) has asked all unaided private professional institutions in Maharashtra to submit their fee proposals for the academic year 2027-28 online by midnight on Oct 31, 2026. Institutions can either seek a fee hike (“Upward Revision”) or opt for “No Upward Revision”, meaning no increase in fees.The FRA has made it clear that the processing fee will be accepted only through the online payment gateway. Any institution that does not file within the deadline will face penal action, said the notification.
