Jamshedpur: Congress national spokesperson Dr Ajoy Kumar has filed a police complaint at Golmuri police station against Seema Khanna, director general (IT), Election Commission, alleging irregularities in the centralisation and management of electoral data through ECINet and ERONet.Kumar alleged that the process undermined electoral registration officers’ statutory powers and enabled unauthorised changes to voter registration systems, including Form-6. He also claimed names of valid voters were deleted without physical verification and sought preservation of digital logs and a high-level probe. Golmuri police station OC Prashant Kumar said an inquiry was under way.
