Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Professional Nursing and Allied Medical Educational Courses (GPNAMEC) admission committee has announced the schedule for third-round online choice filling for undergraduate nursing and allied healthcare courses for the 2026-27 academic year.Candidates can fill and lock their choices online from Sept 28 to Oct 3 until 10am.Data released by GPNAMEC after the completion of second-round reporting shows that a large number of seats remain vacant across govt and self-financed institutions.Of the 51,470 seats available across 1,079 institutions under the admission process, only 14,523 have been filled so far, leaving 36,947 seats vacant.In BSc Nursing, 3,972 of the 14,633 sanctioned seats have been filled, while 10,661 seats remain vacant. Of these, 10,583 vacancies are in self-financed institutions and 78 in govt colleges.
