Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court on Monday released four criminal cases involving Birbhum stone trader Md Nazibuddin alias Tulu Mondal and directed that they be placed before Chief Justice Ravindra Vithalrao Ghuge.Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya released Mondal’s cases, observing that other criminal cases involving him are pending before other courts. The single-judge bench, therefore, released all four cases pending before it.
