Dumka: Gangster Shivashish Kashyap, who was wanted more than 24 cases in Deoghar, allegedly died of a heart attack at his home in Deoghar late Friday. Kashyap, who went with aliases Rinku and Shibu Mishra, was accused of extortion and land-grabbing and had been arrested multiple times. Shivashish had reportedly taken over the gang run by Baba Parihast after the latter’s death.Cases against him are registered at Town, Kunda, Mohanpur and Madhupur police stations.Deoghar SP Praveen Pushkar said, “Shivashish was at home when he complained of severe chest pain. He was administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation by his family members at home and then taken to Deoghar Sadar Hospital, where doctors declared him dead after examination.”A team of three doctors conducted postmortem examination on Saturday amid tight security.
