New Delhi: Medhavi Group has appointed Devender K Saini as Group Chief Operating Officer (COO), expanding his mandate across business performance, transformation, growth and new-business development.
Saini will work with the group’s founder and leadership team on enterprise performance, operating systems, P&L management, organisational effectiveness and scaling new businesses, the group said in a statement.
The appointment comes as Medhavi Group expands its operations across higher education, work-integrated education, skilling, workforce solutions, corporate learning and technology-enabled businesses.
Saini has more than 18 years of professional experience spanning technology, strategy and business development. He has previously worked across strategy, business planning, P&L management, transformation and growth during his association with Medhavi Group.
Alongside his new group-level role, Saini will be part of the founding leadership of MedhaviOne, a new platform being developed by the group at the intersection of education, employment, technology and workforce solutions.
The founding leadership of MedhaviOne includes Pravesh Dudani, Founder and Chancellor, Medhavi Skills University and Medhavi Group; Kuldip Sarma, Co-founder and Pro-Chancellor, Medhavi Skills University and Director, Medhavi Group; Amit Haralalka, Co-founder and CEO, MedhaviOne; and Saini.
MedhaviOne is being developed to connect educational institutions, enterprises, learners and workforce ecosystems, with a focus on pathways spanning learning, skills, workplace experience and employment.
In his expanded role, Saini will oversee the group’s efforts to strengthen its operating systems and scale existing and new businesses.
