Client experience & selling capability
This role brings deep experience in sales, account management, and client-service excellence, forging meaningful, strategic relationships that accelerate growth. The intent isn’t simply to sell; it is to put the long-term infrastructure in place so that Tabayer can scale with the right partners.
- Raise selling and client-service capability, drawing on extensive luxury-retail and L&D experience to identify growth opportunities.
- Build consistent client-experience and service standards across the business as it scales.
Product & sales training
- Lead product and sales training when new wholesale accounts open and when new products launch.
- Bring product-knowledge and training depth, covering high-value clienteling techniques, appointment standards, protocols, and best practices for presenting high-value pieces.

- Own the operational running of the showroom, including the movement and handling of jewelry within the space, and oversight of Tabayer wholesale partners.
- Reconcile to the system of record: ensure both showroom and consigned stock are accurately captured in the inventory system, so that physical and system reality stay aligned.
