Hisar: Police paraded five men arrested in connection with the Sept 13 murder of a Khara Barwala villager with their heads shaved through Adampur market on Thursday for identification of the crime scene during police remand.Hisar police spokesperson Madan Lal did not answer queries on whether the accused were made to shave their heads or the police had done it.Rajnish had died after the suspects attacked him and his brother with sharp-edged weapons at a petrol pump over an old rivalry, police said. Both were returning home from Mandi Adampur after collecting milk.Two accused, Jairam and Akshay Jajuda, were arrested within 24 hours of the incident, followed by three others, identified as Sandeep, Umesh and Sameer.Rajnish had six FIRs against him for assault and theft and was listed as a history-sheeter, while Umesh faced four assault cases, according to police.Police said the accused are being questioned about the alleged involvement of others, the sequence of events and the recovery of weapons and other material used in the crime.
