How the dish is made
The seller starts with puffed rice and adds chicken gravy, chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves. Green chutney, sweet chutney, and a mashed potato mixture are then added to the mix.Once the ingredients are combined, a chicken leg piece goes in. The meat is mashed and mixed through the jhalmuri before it is packed into a paper container. Chopped onions and coriander leaves are added on top to finish the serving.
