Rourkela: One Aswini Panda (57) of Luisira village was arrested by Bheden police of Bargarh district on Saturday, allegedly for hacking his elder brother to death. The under Bheden police station limits. Aswini resides near the house of elder brother Sushil Kumar Panda (62). on Friday late night, Bheden police got information that a blood soaked body is lying at Luisira village. Police officials of Bheden police station, reached there and found there were multiple injury marks on the body of the deceased. The body was identified as Sushil Kumar Panda of Luisira village. Police seized the body and police personnel guarded the body.
