Patna: The Patna high court on Thursday summoned the secretaries of three state govt departments to appear on Friday, Sept 11, over failure to ensure a safe, hygienic and encroachment-free area around the Bihar Judicial Academy at Gaighat.A division bench of acting CJ Sudhir Singh and justice Rajesh Kumar Verma passed the order while hearing a PIL filed by the academy. The secretaries of the road construction, environment, forest & climate change, and housing & urban development departments were summoned.The matter will be heard again on Friday at 10.30am.
