Pune: NCP (SP) working president Supriya Sule on Monday accused the state govt of deliberately keeping the issues like the DJ ban, MPSC aspirants’ demands and tribal students hanging to divert people’s attention from the economic crisis at the national and state levels.Supriya met MPSC aspirants who participated in a protest rally in Pune on Monday. She supported the students’ demands and said govt should send a responsible representative for discussions with them for a solution. “The students should get good education and work for the country’s growth. They are forced to demonstrate on streets for their rights,” Supriya told reporters.She said govt was ignoring farmers’ suicides, women’s safety, unemployment and exam paper leaks. Almost every section of society is agitating which exposes govt’s failure on multiple fronts, she added.Supriya said govt must take proactive steps to avoid paper leaks. “It must adopt technology. Examinations take place worldwide but we do not hear about paper leaks. They can be prevented here too,” she added.
