Ahmedabad: Gujarat delivered a stellar performance by winning four medals at the recently concluded West Zone Inter-State Badminton Championship in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.The senior women’s team clinched a silver medal, while the senior men’s team bagged bronze. The junior (U-19) girls’ team came away with a silver, while the junior boys’ team pocketed bronze.Kavya Marvaniya, Pankti Marvaniya, Brinda Shinde, Shenan Christian, Panchi Puri and Flora Engineer were part of the senior women’s team. The junior girls’ team featured Kavya, Pankti, Jasleen Kaur G Syan, Swara Raygandhi, Archi Ghetia and Aral Patel. The team was guided by manager Gaurav Bhatt and coaches Monesh Mashruwala, Vivek Ojha and Anjali Rawat.
