Mom-to-be Samantha Ruth Prabhu recently visited Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Centre as she celebrated her five-year journey with the spiritual centre. The actress shared several pictures from her visit, giving a glimpse of her day, from petting a cow and offering prayers to enjoying a meal and posing with Sadhguru at the facility.
Samantha says she has learned to expand herself
Samantha Ruth Prabhu took to her Instagram handle to share how her experiences at the Isha Yoga Centre have changed the way she looks at herself and life. She said the last five years have taught her that there is always more to learn and discover.Sharing the pictures, Samantha wrote, “Find the people and places that expand you. I think at some point in life, you start believing you know who you are. This is me. These are my strengths, my limitations, my ways.”“This is probably as far as I go. The last five years have taught me otherwise. Every time I come here, I leave with a little more possibility. A feeling that there’s still so much more to learn, to change, to become. That’s what the right mentors do,” she added.
Samantha on growth and finding the right mentors
Samantha also shared what she believes the right mentors can do for a person. She said they do not decide who someone should become but instead remind them that personal growth never really ends.“They don’t tell you who to be. They remind you that you’re never done becoming. They’re fuel in the tank. Find those people. Find those places. Keep becoming. There is always more of you to discover. A five year journey. @isha.foundation @sadhguru,” she wrote.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s pregnancy
For the unversed, Samantha Ruth Prabhu is currently on a maternity break and is expecting her first child with Raj Nidimoru. The couple revealed their pregnancy in June 2026 at the Hyderabad success meet of Samantha’s film ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’.The couple worked together on their latest project, ‘Maa Inti Bangaram’, which entered the Rs 100 crore club.
