Kanpur: Police arrested seven people and seized cash worth Rs 2.60 lakh and gambling materials during a raid on an apartment in Kidwai Nagar police station area.Police acted on information about gambling activities there. The apartment was rented out by Vijay Gupta, who operates plotting work under the name JV Group.Assistant commissioner of police Naubasta Abhishek Kumar Rahul said the role of others involved was under investigation and further legal action would be taken based on evidence.
