Pune: Kalepadal police are searching for three men who allegedly assaulted a 35-year-old medical practitioner from Kondhwa following a dispute.The trio allegedly forced the complainant to stop his car at Kadnagar Chowk in Undri on Aug 10 and assaulted him after accusing him of reckless driving. The complainant sustained injuries to his right hand and left shoulder. He approached Kalepadal police on Monday and lodged a complaint.A police officer said, “Around 1 am on Aug 10, the complainant was on his way to a petrol station. When he reached Kadnagar Chowk, three men riding a motorcycle blocked his way, forced him out of the car and began abusing him. They hit him with stones and assaulted him with a blunt object before fleeing.”“We have ascertained the identities of the suspects and are searching for them,” the officer added.
