Prayagraj: Dhoomanganj police on Sunday arrested a man identified as Naveel, a resident of Harwara, on the charges of firing and distrubing peace in Dhoomanganj area on Friday night.The tussle between two rival camps resulted in firing and brick-battling. The police nabbed the prime accused and seized the weapon used in firing.Police said that Naveel opened fire and threatened his rival of dire consequences. Althrough no one was injured but the incident led to panic in the area.
