Ranchi: Tribal organisations will hold a rally, called ‘Adivasi Ekta Mahjutan’, in Ranchi on Aug 30 on the issue of delimitation and its impact on the reserved seats for their communities in the Parliament and the state assembly.Stating that overall the number of seats is expected to enhance by 50%, tribal leader Sashi Panna on Sunday said, “There should be an proportionate increase in the number of reserved seats for tribals after the delimitation process. The issue is important for political representation, constitutional rights, and democratic participation of the tribal people.”
