Ara: The court of fifth additional district and sessions judge Supriya Singh Chauhan in Ara on Monday sentenced Randhir Mahto and Pankaj Kumar to rigorous life imprisonment for the murder of Mukesh Kumar (47) in 2024. The court also imposed fines on the convicts and directed payment of Rs 1 lakh compensation to the victim’s wife, Sima Devi.
