Bhubaneswar: The Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Puri, has urged the Sikar district administration in Rajasthan to step in and dissuade a local temple from conducting Rath Yatra on Friday. “Soon after learning that a religious organisation in Sikar planned to observe Rath Yatra on Friday, SJTA opposed it and requested the district administration to ensure alignment with the festival calendar of Puri,” SJTA said in a statement on Thursday.
