Bhubaneswar: Police on Saturday arrested 10 persons in connection with a group clash that took place near Buddha Vihar in the Chandrasekharpur police station area. Following the incident, police registered two cases and started an investigation.According to the case, one Subham Swaraj was standing near Block no. 11 with a friend when more than 10 people allegedly arrived armed with deadly weapons. They reportedly attacked him inflicting injuries.In response, the opposing group filed a counter-complaint, leading to the registration of another case. Both cases revolve around the same incident, with accusations and counter-accusations from rival groups.During the investigation, police seized weapons and vehicles used in the clash. Those arrested were identified as Uttam Mekaup, Swadheen Kumar Nayak, Badal Mohapatra, Saroj Kumar Nayak, Jyotiranjan Nayak, Santo Behera, Sagar Sahoo, Rajeen Nayak, Lokanath Behera and Sarat Khatua.
