Kanpur: A man impersonating as a TTE was caught travelling from Kanpur Central Railway to Delhi on Shatabdi Express.The man, identified as Durvesh Kumar of Etah district, was removed from the train at Ghaziabad station and handed over to the GRP.Deputy chief ticket inspector Anuj Kumar Singh said that he was proceeding to coach C-11 after conducting checks in coach number 9 when he found Durvesh at gate of the coach.Upon questioning, he asserted that he was a senior CTC (senior commercial cum ticket clerk) stationed at New Delhi Railway. Although, the details on his identity card raised suspicions following which Anuj alerted his seniors.During further questioning, Durvesh confessed to creating a fraudulent identity card and travelling by train from Aligarh to Delhi.According to the checking staff, the suspect had boarded the Shatabdi Express at Aligarh station.
