Warning: Spoilers for the “A Court of Thorns and Roses” series below.
At risk of sounding like a “Harry Potter” millennial, I’m a massive fan of the entire Sarah J. Maas universe, better known on BookTok as the “Maasverse.” For the uninitiated, Maas’ second fantasy series, “A Court of Thorns and Roses” (“ACOTAR”), follows heroine Feyre Archeron’s descent into the faerie realm called Prythian and her spellbinding journey of survival (sprinkled with a touch of romance). The five-book saga has become a viral sensation, and now, Alex and Ani is releasing an exclusive jewelry collection inspired by the Night Court.

With prices ranging from $44 to $58, the eight-piece collection references fan-favorite characters in the Inner Circle through engraved lockets, sculpted rings and charm bracelets. Out of all the Prythian-inspired pieces, I’m captivated by the gold oval-shaped locket that spotlights a flower-adorned crescent moon on its front. Upon opening, a silhouette of Feyre and Rhysand (a.k.a. the High Lord of the Night Court) emerges, revealing an inscription reading, “Feyre Darling.” However, the engraved quote on the back of the locket — Rhysand’s first words to Feyre — ties the entire design together: “There you are. I’ve been looking for you.” (IYKYK.)
A second locket features silver Illyrian wings concealing a starry depiction of Velaris, the hidden capital of the Night Court. The mantra of Rhysand’s Court of Dreams covers the back of the locket: “To the stars who listen — and the dreams that are answered.”
Alex and Ani also designed charm bracelets for the series’ three sisters: Nesta, Elain and Feyre. Each $58 bracelet includes charms referencing the sisters’ personal storylines, including a wolf, arrow and tattooed hand for Feyre; flowers and a cake for Elain; and the Dread Trove linked by silver flames for Nesta. An Illyrian sword has also been molded into a silver cuff, bearing its own twisting design across the blade.

An assortment of rings close out the collection, with three silver bands honoring Rhysand, Cassian and Azriel, or the brotherly trio “ACOTAR” fans lovingly refer to as the “Bat Boys.” Nesta and Cassian also have their own ring set featuring clasped silver hands linked by a gold chain, symbolizing their mated bond. A key quote for the couple lines the inside of the ring band: “Keep reaching out your hand.”
This jewelry collaboration — the first in an “ongoing collection” — coincides with an exciting time for the fandom: in March, Maas announced the next two installments in the “ACOTAR” series, releasing on Oct. 27 and Jan. 12, 2027, respectively. Fans have more Alex and Ani x SJM collaborations to looks forward to, as the brand teased in a press release that there are “additional story-inspired collections to come this year.”
Without exaggeration, I’ve thought about “ACOTAR” every day since finishing the series, and now I can finally sneak pieces of the story into my jewelry wardrobe. See Alex and Ani’s full “ACOTAR” collection, below.
