Wardha: A 78-year-old man was arrested by Pulgaon police on March 7 evening following a complaint by a young woman alleging long-term sexual exploitation.According to police, the survivor alleged that the accused, identified as Divakar Game, lured her with the promise of a job and sexually exploited her for the past five years. Police said the victim was 17 years old when the alleged exploitation began. Police have registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and other serious sections at Pulgaon police station.As per the complaint, the accused, who is connected to a political party, allegedly sent obscene photographs and videos to her three days ago, which led her to approach the police. Police have seized the accused’s mobile phone. Subdivisional police officer is conducting an investigation.
