Nagpur: A 58-year-old man, Kartik Argulewar, died after his two-wheeler was hit by a speeding unidentified vehicle on Thursday evening at Saibaba Colony on the Nagpur-Kamptee Road. The vehicle driver fled after the accident, said police.Argulewar, who suffered severe head injuries, was rushed to the sub-district hospital where doctors declared him dead during treatment. His brother, Narottam Argulewar (62), lodged a complaint at Old Kamptee police station.A case has been registered against the unidentified driver under sections 106 and 281 of BNS along with co-sections 134, 184, and 177 of the Motor Vehicles Act. Police have appealed to eyewitnesses, if any, to come forward and sought CCTV footage to trace the driver.
