Guwahati: A 28-year-old man was found dead under mysterious conditions inside a locked apartment in the Jayanagar area of the city on Friday morning, reports Tathagata Bhattacharjee.The deceased has been identified as Marian Chetia, a contractor from Sivasagar district. A team from Basistha police station rushed to the spot, along with personnel from CID and forensic department, after neighbours alerted them.OC Kapil Pathak said, “No injury marks were found on the body. However, the cause of death can only be ascertained once the probe is complete.”Witnesses said Marian was accompanied to his flat by another person late on Thursday.
